I hope everyone's having a good Monday! Here's an adorable guest comic from the wonderful, fantastic Ashley Davis, who does the adorable webcomic Jailbird! Ashley and I are wed to be married (even though she already has a husband, but who cares about THAT guy) and the wedding will be held at TCAF. I don't think I told Ashley about our wedding plans, come to think of it... I should get on that.

Happy Friday! Happy Guest Comic!

This one's by the lovely Jessi Zabarsky <3 Who really went all out and thought up these awesome ice cream recipes for each of the characters! Here are her reasons for why each sundae matches each character:

Good Heavens- It's classic, simple, refined, but a little pretentious and airy.
Steak- Basically I was thinking about bar food. Also that he's a salty curmudgeon.
Herringbone- Delicate, classy, but mature and rich.
Lucy- Wants to appear dark, tough, and unusual, but you get the feeling it's all fluff.
Autumn- She might make you purse your lips in surprise, but she'll perk you up and never weigh you down.
Helvetica- He's a babby.

That girl's got a fire in her like no other.

So ends this short mini-chapter! I dubbed it 1.5, since it was originally part of Chapter 2.

Helvetica will be going on a mini hiatus while I get some stuff sorted out! I'm moving out of my house and I need to get that taken care of, as well as some other business. When Helvetica comes back, it will have an all-new page format! I'm switching from horizontal (the layout right now) to a more traditional, vertical page format! It will make things easier and better in the long run for me.
